Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders will be shipped via US Postal First Class. Other delivery options are available upon request.

Domestic: $10.00

International (Canada and Mexico): $25.00

International (all other countries): $40.00

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll do our best to satisfy you.

To return your purchase, make sure items are in their original condition and original packaging, and send them back within 14 days of your purchase to:

* Item must be returned in the original packaging and must be new/unworn.
* Be sure to include a reason on the invoice for each item you want to return.
* Email reason of return and invoice number to info@timelesstiaras.com.
* Include a copy of your invoice in the shipment and keep the original for your records.

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, we are happy to apply your credit towards the new item. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (cash will be returned in a check format).
